Eines unserer Kernanliegen ist der Schutz des Elephantenkorridors um Livingstone. Eine Education Centre, welches über das friedliche Zusammenleben zwischen Mensch und Tier, sowie alternativer Möglichkeiten zum Eigenkommenserwerb schult ist eines der Kernprojekte das wir unterstützen.
Our Aim
Our purpose is to provide support to local Zambian civil society organisations that work in the fields of arts, culture, education, youth sports, environmental education, climate protection & nature conservation. Help for Friends – Zambia sees itself as a “helping friend” to its Zambian partners, not as the initiator of new projects/ organisations. Hence, we are not the primary decision-makers in the organisations and projects we partner with, but instead, we aim to offer supportive technical, strategic, the management or grant writing assistance, as well as occasional & non-bureaucratic financial support or in-kind donations if needed by our partners to make their projects succeed.
